PALLETIZER

JDR movable robotic palletizer is a palletizing solution designed for seasonal production. It uses a industrial robot for palletizing, flexible and suitable for a wide range of cases and bags. The stacking pattern is configured on the HMI, which can be easily mastered by on-site operators. As advanced safety control is built into the machine, it is without downtime when picking and placing pallets which maintains high productivity and reduces buffer conveying length in the palletizing process. The machine has a built-in vacuum source and a folding fence, which can be completed the switch between different production lines in 30 minutes.

With folding fence, fast movement between different production lines by forklift. Stacking pattern can be configured on the HMI and the existing patterns can be switched by one button.
