JDR JDR movable robotic palletizer is a palletizing solution designed for seasonal production. It uses a industrial robot for palletizing, flexible and suitable for a wide range of cases and bags. The stacking pattern is configured on the HMI, which can be easily mastered by on-site operators. As advanced safety control is built into the machine, it is without downtime when picking and placing pallets which maintains high productivity and reduces buffer conveying length in the palletizing process. The machine has a built-in vacuum source and a folding fence, which can be completed the switch between different production lines in 30 minutes.

JDX JDX palletizer is an excellent palletizing solution designed for production lines in a compact space and with a flexible palletizing demand In a space slightly larger than two pallets, this palletizer with rectangular coordinate manipulator is of the same flexibility as traditional industrial robot in picking and stacking. It also has the good features of easy installation, low maintenance and compact space occupation which could be widely applied in food, condiment, dairy and other industries.

ZF-15 ZF-15 case sealer is used to automatically seal the top and bottom of cases in different sizes. It meets customers' strict requirements of safety, hygiene, operation and maintenance.

KX-25 KX-25 case erector adopts the principle of vertical case erecting and can automatically complete case picking, case erecting, bottom cover folding and bottom side sealing. Special design makes case forming process more stable, achieves high pass rate of case erecting and reduces case damage effectively.
